Goal
Send a report with enough context for the responsible team to check the right place.
Before you start
- Open your organisation's reporting route through a link or an on-site QR code.
- Have a short description and the location of the problem ready.
Steps
Open the report form
Follow the supplied link or scan the QR code. Depending on its setup, it opens the form directly or first shows an object page with a route to reporting.
Describe the problem
Write what you observed. Include enough detail for the team to identify the place and the issue.
Check the location
Use the «Meldung für: …» (report for) line from the QR code or set the location in the form with an address, the device's location permission or the map. Check the point before sending.
Example view with test data: the report form shows the «Meldung für: …» (report for) line, the location, the description and the empty optional contact fields. The title and appearance can differ by organisation.

A photo can help but is not required. Do not photograph people or vehicle registration plates. Name and email address are optional. Send the report when the details are correct.

Check the result
The page confirms receipt and displays the «Report code». Keep it for questions to the operating organisation. Below it, the page offers a «Save link» button (or «Copy link» where no share option is available): this link later opens the report on any device and adds it to that device's «Your Recent Reports» list. Keep it private, since whoever has it can also have the report deleted. Without this link or a status email, automatic status viewing works only in the original browser profile while its site data remains; the «Report code» alone cannot open the report in another browser. The responsible team receives the report with the context you provided.
If something goes wrong
- The map point is in the wrong place.
- Correct the point on the map or enter the address before sending the report.
- You do not want to add a photo or contact details.
- Leave these optional fields empty and describe the problem as clearly as you can.
