Reports
- ConceptStart here: Find the right routeDo you want to report a problem, understand an object's QR code or work as a team member? Public reporting needs no team account. QR codes open different routes according to their setup. Team work starts after sign-in.
- GuideReport a problem on siteYou can submit a report in the browser through a supplied link or an object's QR code. Describe the problem and its location. A photo and contact details are optional.
- GuideDelete a report just submittedImmediately after submission, the confirmation dialog offers a deletion route for that report. Confirm it only if you want the report removed.
- GuideProcess incoming reports as a teamSigned-in team members can review reports on a board, in a list or on a map, filter for relevant cases and maintain ownership, status and urgency on each report.
- TroubleshootingFind the status of your own reportThe reporting page shows recently submitted reports in the same browser while its local site data remains available. It refreshes their status when the page opens and then regularly. The link you saved when submitting, or the link from a status email, also restores the report on another device.
- GuideSend a report with minimal personal detailsA useful report usually needs a description and the correct location. A photo, name and email address are optional. Avoid identifiable people and vehicle registration plates in images.
- TroubleshootingChoose the correct location for a reportA location can come from an object code, be entered in the form, placed on the map or found by your device with your permission. Check the shown place before sending; you can add an address yourself when automatic lookup fails.
- TroubleshootingWhy a report is missing in another browserYour recent report list is stored locally in the browser used to send the report. Another browser or device does not receive that receipt automatically. The link you saved when submitting, or the link from a status email, opens the report on another device too.

Objects and QR
- TroubleshootingWhen an object's QR code does not workAn unknown or inactive object code can open an error page. That page offers the general reporting route. If scanning itself fails, use your organisation's known link or report the damaged code.
- ConceptWhy QR codes open different routesA QR code on an object can lead directly to reporting, to public object information, to a choice among reporting, object information and, when the object has them, its safety rules, or to a checklist view. The operating organisation sets the purpose of each code; some actions require a team sign-in.
