Send a report with minimal personal details
A useful report usually needs a description and the correct location. A photo, name and email address are optional. Avoid identifiable people and vehicle registration plates in images.

Goal
Describe a problem so that it can be handled without sharing unnecessary personal information.
Before you start
- Open your organisation's report form.
Steps
Describe the issue
Explain what is damaged or unsafe and where it is. Report observations rather than guesses about individual people.
Check the location
Check the address, map point or object link supplied by a QR code. A precise location is more useful than extra personal details.
Consider photo and contact details
Add a photo only if it helps explain the issue. Do not photograph people or vehicle registration plates. Leave name and email blank if you do not want contact.
Send and keep the receipt
Review the details before sending. Keep the displayed «Report code» and save the offered link to the report; keep it private, since it also opens the report for anyone who has it. Use the same browser or the saved link for status checks when possible.

Check the result
The team receives the location and issue you described. You have shared only the details needed for your report.
If something goes wrong
- A person is identifiable in the photo.
- Use another photo or send the report without an image.
- You do not want to provide contact details.
- Leave the optional contact fields blank and make the description as clear as possible.
Common questions
Do I need to sign in?
The public reporting route can be used in the browser without creating a team account.
Can I remove my report later?
The confirmation dialog after submission offers a way to request deletion of the report just created. The saved link (or the link from a status email) also later opens the report's page, which offers the same deletion option; keep that link private.
